[A low laugh rumbles in his chest, taking note of the way that the cephalon squirms but stilling his fingers. Sleep should be the priority here but he wasn't going to be the one to deny more of this to happen.]

[He turns his head ever so slightly at the movement but settles down for the kiss. His hand leaving the cephalon's side to wind into his hair, encouraging him on. This sort of affection was unusual to give but Ordis found a way to draw it from him. In his mind, only his partner would ever deserve this.]
[It's clumsy, it's short lived, but it's the first time he's ever kissed anyone and it's an interesting experience. Is this something he should be doing with his Operator? That's certainly a question that he's not going to delve into, because he doesn't want the answer to be anything but yes.]

[It takes a bit for him to shift, but he winds his arm around the tenno's shoulders, drawing him down with a stifled yawn.]
[There's no real complaints about the problems of the kiss because the important thing was the cephalon kissing him at all. It wasn't something that he had expected but after all of the years and toils he had gone through with him, it was nice to finally express some of the feelings he had for his partner.
However he moves with the pull in order to curl himself around the man protectively, brushing his lips across his forehead. Sleep was much more important right now. Gently carding his fingers through his hair, the tenno contently hums while wrapping his free arm around Ordis's waist.]
[It's interesting, and quite strange, how all eloquence could be robbed from him; whether by exhaustion or by the heat of the moment, it seems that his tongue has stilled. But the touches are still novel and still new, and certainly still comforting, and that's more than he could ask for. It feels less lonely, less alien, with the Operator there and finally the long hours are taking their toll.
He mumbles something in return, perhaps another apology or something of the like, but it's nigh incomprehensible because he's slipping now. As his eyes close, he shifts and tucks himself into the tenno, head resting upon the man's collar and fingers winding in his shirt to keep him close.]
[This was such a switch compared to how he first arrived on the ship to talk with the cephalon that he isn't sure that this is the same encounter. However he keeps that thought to himself, running his hand through Ordis' hair in soft strokes to continue that calm feeling. At least one problem was being solved by all of this.
He isn't too sure what's being said but he offers a flicker of a smile and light kiss to his forehead before hushing him. His heart clenches in his chest at the shift but he merely curls around further, making sure both of them are covered by a blanket. Then it's onto getting sleep himself.
